| | Most adults are looking for others with whom they can connect, share their thoughts and feelings, and otherwise find relationships. At Logan Church of the Nazarene there are many opportunities for adults to find just that through small groups, bible studies, and ministry to God and others. Small Groups and Bible Studies: One of the best opportunities for adults to connect with each other and to share the joys, challenges, victories and struggles of daily living is in Sunday School. Our Sunday School classes meet on Sunday morning at 9 a.m. There are a variety of class sizes, topics, age groups, etc...with something for everyone. If you need help finding the right class just ask; we’d be glad to help! On Wednesday night at 6 p.m. Pastor Tom leads a mixed bible study that meets year-round. Throughout the year we also host specific studies just for men and women. These men and women only studies are usually 8-12 weeks in length. Women’s Ministry: The Women’s Ministry at Logan Church of the Nazarene is very active. They have a dinner outing every other month, an annual Mother-Daughter event, Secret Sisters, a Christmas dinner, and much more. They also hold showers for those who are getting married or having a baby, help line up meals for those who have been sick or in the hospital, prepare and serve food for funeral dinners, and much more. The Women’s Ministry also conducts a few fundraisers throughout the year to help various ministries in the church. Music & Technical Ministries: If you sing or play an instrument and want to use your talents to glorify God, we would love for you to be involved in our music ministry. Our choir meets on Wednesday night during the school year from 6-7 p.m. for practice. We also have an instrumental ensemble, worship band, and praise team. If you prefer being behind the scenes we can always use help in the sound and video booth. Prayer Ministry: Men’s Prayer Meeting (Tuesdays-6:00 a.m.) at KFC Women’s Prayer Meeting (Tuesdays-9:30 a.m.) at the church |
